 Keeping your body properly nourished and hydrated are key elements in planning for a healthy pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period. Your body is growing a human being and an entire organ—the placenta—and then your body has to birth this baby! There is absolutely no reason to put unhealthy food into this amazing body of yours. I recommend looking for quality fruits & veggies, grass-fed, pasture-raised, or wild-caught proteins. High quality protein shakes and bars are such an easy way to stay satisfied and nourished and good quality bone broths are a must postpartum.
